Job Summary (Purpose of Job):

As our E-commerce Developer & Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing our new E-commerce platform and managing the online sales and marketing of the company's products and services. You will oversee the e-commerce website, manage the online sales process, and develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement. You will work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, operations, finance, and IT to ensure the e-commerce platform is functioning optimally.

Roles of Job

· Own, develop and maintain our e-commerce website

· Wireframe website pages and content for SEO optimization

· Enhance marketing efforts by adding new features to website

· Receive requests from management team and implement with marketing team

· Leverage CRM capabilities to maximize audience reach in BigCommerce

· Create workflows through HubSpot to reduce manual activities

· Maintain project backlog and plan sprints with deadlines

· Test and enhance Google Shopping feeds and campaigns

· Configure Big Commerce partner apps (e.g., Sales & Orders) as is necessary to support business needs.

· Deploy new PPC ads as new products are introduced on the website

· Conduct pre and post ROI analysis to measure the effectiveness of our ecommerce campaigns and initiatives.

· Strong creative and graphic design skills in terms of evaluating and directing work strategically and UX/UI considerations

· Manage all reporting of e-commerce financials, provide insights and learnings to the leadership team monthly.

· Own site monitoring for issues relating to technical, pricing, visual, content and copy

· PPC A/B testing and management

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and a programming language

Experience and Education:

· College degree & 2 years’ experience or 4 years in similar position

· E-commerce development and management

· Database management

· SEO fundamentals

· PPC campaign understanding

· Strong written & communication skills
