An advanced contemporary apparel brand is seeking a full-time, in house Customer Service Agent to handle e-commerce inquiries. Duties include:
- Liaise with 3PL Customer Service and couriers where necessary to ensure any enquiries regarding shipping are responded within a reasonable timeframe.
- Work within the Shopify platform and backend inventory system to edit and review orders as necessary.
- Day-to-day point of contact with our Hong Kong distribution center, work within the 3PL platform to track orders and troubleshoot issues.
- Completing e-commerce returns and processing exchanges
- Ensure FAQ and returns portals are optimized for a seamless customer experiences SKILLS
