We are launching a DTC Mens Golf and Lifestyle brand in early 2024 and are seeking an organized Associate eCommerce Manager to join our team.
The eCommerce Associate Manager is the hub between our brand, agency partners and consumers. This position requires someone who is extremely analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fluid and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will cover the below categories:
SHOPIFY/ANALYSIS:
- Manage and oversee eCommerce operations.
- Work collaboratively with Shopify and Creative agency partners to ensure accurate execution of creative assets and campaigns.
- Create and implement strategies to meet revenue targets, increase customer acquisition & conversion, and drive business growth through the Shopify platform.
- Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and provide analytical and actionable insights to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Analyze trends in customer purchases and evaluate changes in the online retail market.
- Understand site visitor behavior and create strategies to enhance overall customer experience.
- Support day-to-day merchandising of the website to optimize customer experience and revenue.
- Proactively monitor all aspects of Shopify site, paying particular attention to problems around conversion, and surface all to our agency partner immediately.
PRODUCT:
- Product data management - ensure that all product data is accurately on the site, including images, descriptions, product details and price.
- Ensure that all the back-end site data is accurate to maximize merchandising opportunities (such as attribute compilation for onsite filtering purposes).
STOCK:
- Communicate with Warehouse on inventory levels, returns and all applicable trends.
- Manage packaging inventory and replenish as needed.
COLLABORATION:
- Work closely with the creative teams/agencies to confirm that product and creative assets are posted on time, and accurately.
- Work closely with Social Media manager to ensure continuity across all platforms.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Track and observe customer comments and communicate relevant findings to cross-functional teams.
- Keep a close eye on social accounts to ensure alignment between website strategy and product offerings.
- Respond in a timely manner to inquiries on site and all social platforms with the correct brand voice to ensure all customers have a seamless online shopping experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional background in the Apparel eCommerce sector
- Experience with athletic/golf brands preferred. Experience in apparel brands required.
- Proven experience in eCommerce sales/strategy management
- Strong understanding of Shopify platform, and the ability to leverage its features and functionalities to drive sales.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and google sheets.
- Well-versed with API software
- Ability to collaborate and readily build rapport with cross-functional teams.
- Organized, detailed, efficient project management.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
