Looking for a high-energy, experienced eCommerce Analyst for a fast paced and fast-growing hospitality management company. We want someone who has drive, passion, loves to have fun, and wants to be a part of a company who believes in their people. This position requires someone with 4-plus years of experience in a digital marketing position, preferably from the hospitality industry. This role is responsible for measuring digital marketing effectiveness and recommending ways to optimize performance to generate revenue, incremental revenue and increase efficiency. You will deep dive into the strategy and execution of direct and OTA channel performance by increasing awareness, generating demand and driving revenue. You will also be tasked with manage the research, reporting, and experimentation needed to build growth and drive ROI. You will make recommendations which influence growth and retention strategies.

• Build and operationalize measurement framework for all travel ad digital marketing initiatives including test and learn growth campaigns
• Analyze web traffic and relevant campaign metrics, such as co-op campaigns to create monthly digital performance reporting on portfolio
• Oversee, monitor, and report on performance across travel ad digital channels ran through Koddi including tracking key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROI
• Develop recommendations to enhance both tactical and strategic campaigns and business outcomes
• Track ROI and overall marketing spend
• Provide regular campaign analysis and optimization recommendations using a defined set of KPIs for all assigned accounts
• Build digital performance forecasts by category, manage trends, and identify opportunity areas in support of departmental objectives and sales targets
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards using Koddi, Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Excel
• Train and assist other marketing team members departments with reporting dashboards, performance analysis and monthly reporting requests
• Proactively identify and interpret key marketing and media performance drivers, and deliver insights to optimize spend and performance of media as aligned with business goals
• Track competitive and industry trends
• Assist with special projects and other assignments as necessary

Experience

• 4+ years of social media strategy, digital marketing
• Knowledge and experience using an eCommerce solution platform, like Koddi, to manage all travel ad performance, optimization and metrics
• Knowledge of digital and e-commerce principles and practices in the hotel or comparable industry, including search engine marketing, social media, demand generation channels, online reputation management and overall online representation
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, OTA channels, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop preferred
• Knowledge of TravelClick Business Intelligence tools (Agency360, Demand360, Rate360) preferred
