You'll be solving your client's challenges and turning their needs into goals and solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. Working as part of the Business Applications team you'll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support. Together we do what matters.
What You'll Do: Technical Leadership: Lead on large-scale, complex projects with rigorous project implementation and application lifecycle management methodologies, including multiple full cycle implementations of D365FO or Dynamics AX. ERP Implementation: Participate in and lead ERP implementation workshops across all technical workstreams, including integrations and data migrations, fit/gap analysis, and creation of the inventory of development items (WRICE). Team Oversight: Provide technical leadership and direction to the joint partner-client D365FO functional and technical teams during design, build, and test phases.
Development Expertise: In-depth expertise in development, testing, and deployment of extensions, with a role as a D365FO development team lead or escalation point. Performance Optimization: Lead performance troubleshooting and improvement of the D365FO solution, covering the base application, platform, and customizations. ERP Architecture & Quality Assurance: Establish global ERP architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines and applications, and review Technical Architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirements traceability.
Client Support & Network Growth: Support clients with the adoption of ERP standards and prepare them to fully leverage the ERP solution, while growing your network through educational opportunities, maintaining personal and business networks, and participating in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 communities.
