Kopis is seeking aDynamics Business Central Support Consultant who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, has a strong customer focus, is passionate about new technologies, wants to grow with Kopis and be part of our strong ERP Consulting team! Starting with an initial support request, you'll own the success of the solution. We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience working as first level support for Dynamics Business Central customers. You should be comfortable triaging and responding to support requests directly, or delegating to other team members as needed.
  • The ability to directly interact with our customers ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through technical mentoring, coaching and consulting services, as well as acting as a client advocate to resolve issues, and to improve process and the application.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and/or business practices with experience using or supporting Microsoft Dynamics BC.
  • Experience troubleshooting third party products / ISV's is desired, but not required. We're more interested in your knowledge of the ERP software and drive to help customers.
  • The ability to deliver quality service and problem-solve remotely to clients and communicate complicated concepts in a concise and articulate way over phone/chat and web meetings.
  • The ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and partners.
  • The skills necessary to analyze customer's business and technical requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • The ability to manage client technical service requests. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary. Ensure clients receive responses to phone/on-line requests within service level response times, as specified per contractual agreements and in service delivery plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

We give bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with training or the ability to provide continuing education to clients on how to effectively use Microsoft Dynamics BC.
  • Experience with NAV on-prem in addition to BC SaaS.
