The Opportunity:
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Fitness Trainers/Group Trainers to join our team. This is more than a job; it's a chance to make a significant impact in people's lives while growing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.

YES! Unlike most Personal Trainer/coaching positions that require you to already be certified. At our Anytime Fitness Locations (which are independently owned and operated) we fully certify you with our preferred certification. No prior fitness coaching experience is required; however it does come in handy!

• On average, our Personal Trainers make $20 - $30 per hour. Our range $17.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Your Role:

• Coach & Motivate: Lead high-intensity group workouts with energy and expertise.
• Engage & Inspire: Conduct personal consultations, set goals, and build lasting relationships with members.
• Promote Wellness: Educate on functional movement, HIIT, and provide nutritional coaching support.
• Community Involvement: Support our gym's social media, sales efforts, and foster a sense of community.
  

Qualifications:

• Passion for health and fitness, with a charismatic and coachable attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  

Certifications (We Can Provide!):

• Nationally accredited fitness certification (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, AFAA) - preferred. We can certify you if you dont have experience.
