Dunkin's Sales Associate - Logan airport - Morning & Afternoon shift

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately using our POS system
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or technical sales is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
