Responsibilities:
- Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and following recipes
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Buss tables and clean dining areas to ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Use Aloha POS system to input orders and process payments accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Skills:

- Culinary: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Cash register: Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions

- Aloha POS: Familiarity with using the Aloha POS system for order input and payment processing
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Cash handling: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
