The Dumper Operator is responsible for operating a hydraulic-operated lift that dumps frozen vegetables from a tote onto the line. The Dumper Operator is responsible for making sure there is a steady flow of product going onto the line to help maintain consistency and efficiency to meet production needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dump product onto the line for packaging.
  • Ensure a steady flow of product.
  • Chop frozen product when necessary to ensure constant flow of product.
  • Communicate with Forklift Drivers to esnure availability of product to run line, as well as having empty totes removed.
  • Communicate with Machine Operators to maintain desired flow of product or changes in production codes.
  • Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.


What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Safety mindset.
  • Ability to climb a ladder to get to the workstation.
  • Ability to lift and/or move a bar weighing up to 30 lbs. and to be able to chop frozen vegetables.
