The Dump Truck Driver is responsible picking up dumpsters at client’s/customer homes and dumping materials at our dumpster site in Solon, OH. They will be operating company vehicles according to established rules and policies. The ideal Dump Truck Driver has experience driving a heavy commercial truck and must have a clean driving record.
Core Responsibilities:
- Driver’s must be able to workday shift hours 7am – 3pm – Monday - Friday
- Drive the company’s Dump Trucks to and from job sites.
- Drive safely and according to all laws and regulations.
- Load and unload Dump Trucks
- Provide a positive experience for the customer by being helpful, courteous, and professional.
- Perform truck inspections daily.
- Ensure equipment is maintained.
- Report vehicle defects and/or unsafe driving practices.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Dump Truck experience
- Clean driving record
- Must have Class A or B - CDL
- Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance and be punctual.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
