Rates/wages will go up effective 1/1/24 (around $1.25 an hour). This becomes effective once the state approves and provides these rate increases. All backpay will be provided.
Currently - $14.25 + $.50 Bonus an hour to start and once fully trained at least $15.25 + $.50 Bonus an hour.

Job Duties:
Maintain the health, safety and happiness of the residents is the highest priority
Medication administration
Assisting individuals with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, etc)
Homemaker services (shopping, cleaning, cooking, etc)
Resident appointments
Facilitating in-house and out-of-house activities
Collaborating with Activity Director, Unit Directors and other staff
Helping individuals achieve needs, wants and goals
Providing behavioral supports
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel within the company
Attend all staff meetings and other training
Inform RSD of all health, physical, or behavioral changes in the residents
Create and maintain a positive reputation for the home both inside and outside the home
Ability to handle physical aspects of job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking for periods of time
Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Follow all rules and regulations as written by the Illinois Department of Human Services/Illinois Department of Public Health
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (can work minimal shifts without one)
Must have a valid driver's license (can work minimal shifts without one)
Prefer applicant be 21 to drive company vehicle
Must be able to pass a criminal background check (required by state regulations)
