The position of Shipping and Receiving will be responsible for loading/unloading goods. The individual’s goals & objectives are to accurately receive/ship raw materials/finished goods and organize warehouse and cooler areas.

Duties/Responsibilities: include the following. Projects and other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Unload/load product accurately on/off trucks and to/from designated areas of facility.
- Perform daily truck inspections.
- Check forklift/pallet trucks to determine the need for repairs and ensure safety by performing regular inspections.
- Document all inbounds in receiving log accurately.
- Receiving into Misys accurately.
- Check and verify BOL’s for accuracy.
- Check raw material for damage, tampering and temperature abuse.
- Label all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Put raw materials away in the warehouse/coolers in their assigned locations.
- Load outbound trucks accurately and in sequence to their delivery appointments.
- Make sure all pallets are properly wrapped and in good shape.
- Check whether the goods to be transported are arranged properly in the vehicle.
- Check drivers in and out.
- Keep warehouse, coolers, and dock areas clean and organized.
- Follow FIFO (first in/first out)
- Keep updated records of inventory as needed.
- Support/cover Material Handlers as needed.
- Follow all Safety Rules and Company Policies.
- Support production when needed.
- Perform other relatable duties as assigned.

- Inventory
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift and pallet truck experience.
- Experience in a food production environment.
- Experience in a warehouse environment.
Work Environment: - Ability to work in an environment with a variation of temperatures.
Physical Requirements: Individual must be able to lift at least 50lbs, stand/walk for long periods of time and hand wrap pallets as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
