Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Presser to join our team. As a Presser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pressing services to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Operate pressing equipment to press garments and other items
- Inspect garments for any stains or damages before pressing
- Ensure that garments are pressed according to established standards and customer preferences
- Handle delicate fabrics and adjust pressing techniques accordingly
- Remove wrinkles, creases, and other imperfections from garments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their specific pressing requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Dry Cleaning processes is a plus
- Experience operating a cash register is beneficial
