Rate of Pay: $16.00 hr

FLSA Status: hourly, part time, non-exempt

Position Overview

Morton Golf is looking for a dedicated Driving Range Attendant to join our vibrant team at our Driving Rangeat Haggin Oaks Golf Course. Our Driving Range is a cornerstone of our revenue, encompassing range ball operations, retail, golf instruction, and a bustling food & beverage sector. Operating until midnight during the peak seven months of the year, we pride ourselves on offering a broad spectrum of services to our esteemed guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service, addressing guests' needs and inquiries promptly.
• Retrieve range balls from the field using picking equipment, ensuring a continuous supply for guests.
• Clean and organize range buckets, removing them from stalls to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Replace tees on the mats to ensure a ready-to-use condition for players.
• Uphold the organization and cleanliness of the entire facility, including both ends of the Driving Range, to provide a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Engage directly with customers, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Will work 2-4 days a week, 6 – 8 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles.
• Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in verbal communication.
• Openness to working under various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of golf principles and etiquette.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as operating machinery, digging, and raking.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
