My First Drive Driving School is looking for a TDLR certified Driving Instructor to join our team in Sugar Land/Richmond, TX. This position is responsible for teaching teens and adults driving skills to become a safe and confident driver.
```Duties```
- Must be a current TDLR certified Driving Instructor
-Teach teen and adult students of all skill levels to drive
-Instruct students on the road in a safe and professional manner
-Cover all areas of driving instructions including neighborhood driving, driving on busy streets, changing lanes, turning, parking, etc.
-Work with the DMV to get your student back on track after they fail their test
-Maintain communication with the parent and or instructor during the drive
-Maintain a clean vehicle for students to use while on the road
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor
```Skills```
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong driving skills and a clean driving record
- Classroom management skills to effectively engage and instruct students
- Knowledge of adult education principles and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information to students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
