Driving Instructor

Part Time Driver Education Instructor needed in Greenville, NC.

$18-$20 depending on teaching experience for teaching in car/behind the wheel instruction. (Teaching experience not required)

Part time:

Must be able to work 60 hours minimum per month.

Teaching a 30 hour (two week) virtual class pays $750.

Must be willing/able to work between 3pm to 9pm M-F during the school year. (September-May) Hours are during the day during the summer. (June, July, August)

Must be able to teach a two week (30 hour) Classroom.

Must be 25 years of age.

Must have a clean driving record.

Must take an 80 hour (two week) certification course.

We pay for Instructor course ($250). We reimburse for fuel. (travel to and from Class and Hotel if you have to travel over 2 hours)

Responsibilities include teaching High School Freshman a 30 classroom course.

Teach each student that completes the classroom 6 hours of in-car behind the wheel training.

Must have at least 4 years of experience as a licensed operator of a motor vehicle. Must have not been convicted of a felony involving moral turpitude in the last ten years. Must not have any revocation or suspension of license in the last 5 years. Must have graduated from High School or have High School equivalency certificate. Must not have convictions for moving violations totaling 5 points in the last 5 years.

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Criminal background check must be completed prior to hiring.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 60 per week
