Driver/Warehouse Worker

What are the key role responsibilities for the Driver/Warehouse Worker?

• Delivers high-quality products to our customers and from our vendors in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route
• Plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
• Establishes and maintains professional relations with customer’s shipping & receiving department personnel.
• Reviews and verifies packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
• Days light on deliveries will require general warehouse duties, i.e. shipping & receiving
• Follows safety and lifting protocols.
• Maintains delivery logs and records.

Delivery Driver Skills / Qualifications:

• Must be able to work 7am – 3:30pm M-F (Extra hours needed on occasion)
• Driver must have class "B" license and current medical card
• Clean driving record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
