Seasonal (October-December, February-May, the month of June)
SUMMARY __ Under basic supervision, provides assistance to students on the driving range, is responsible for the cars for the driving range and the set up of the driving course.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assists students, helps with their driving skills, will ride in car on the range to assist the driver
• Provides assistance and customer services in a courteous and respectful manner; interviews students to determine needs, assists students in completing exercises and understanding driving skills.
• Assists with upkeep of the driving range cars. Cleans and fuels them and keep cars in working order.
• Teaches the use of cars and proper skills to students.
• Maintains the driving range. Helps clear snow from the lines so students can drive on range.
• Performs support tasks at opening and closing of the range, such as setting up and tearing down the cones on range, putting cars back in cage.
• Assists with preparation and presentation of driving range programs to help with guest speakers.
• Assists with range security; supervises students to verify compliance with MPS policies and procedures.
*Will ride with students if need extra assistance, and with adaptive students during the spring semester.
• Supports the relationship between the Minot Public School District and the general public by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with clients, visitors, and District staff; maintains absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, client records, and District information; follows compliance rules governing child abuse; performs related duties as required or assigned.
