Driver/Construction Yard Organizer

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Driver/Construction Yard Organizer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting equipment and materials between job sites and our construction yard, as well as managing various organizational tasks within the yard. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle loading and unloading equipment, maintain equipment and trailers, and complete necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a 3/4 ton truck with trailer to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites and the construction yard.
• Pick up materials from vendors and deliver them to construction projects.
• Safely load and unload equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment and trailers to ensure they are up to date and in proper working condition.
• Complete daily paperwork for all company equipment.
• Maintain traffic control certification for roadway applications.
• Previous experience with loading and unloading equipment is required.
• CDL is not required but highly encouraged.
• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• needs to have knowledge of operating construction equipment for loading for trailers.

Requirements:

• Up-to-date valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time hours.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• passing drug test is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
