General Laborers - Field Team Members
King of Prussia, PA
Full Time and Part Time Available (weekday and weekend)
URGENTLY HIRING! (If part-time, you must be available at least two days per week)
Pay: $14 per hour before tips and monthly bonuses! Average all in is $16-$18/HR

What you’ll be doing as a Field Team Member:

Customer Service: WOWing every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service
Truck Operations: Safe driving and loading of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (a valid standard driver’s license is required)
Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting required for removal of "junk" from residential and commercial client locations (i.e. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, and garage junk)
Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter
Sales: Providing estimates to customers that call us for quotes to have items removed and educating them on how we safely dispose of, recycle, and/or donate what we can to keep as much out of landfills as possible - because we all need to care about our planet.
Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers’ belongings.
Professional & Uniformed: We always wear uniforms and provide you with what you need (shirts, sweaters, coats, hats, gloves) to represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and make a great impression.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You have a great attitude, are reliable, hardworking, and have a valid standard driver’s license for 3 years. You’re 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes) and have the physical stamina to lift/carry 50 pounds repeatedly. Previous experience in general labor, customer services, and/or sales is a plus, but isn’t required - we train happy, hardworking individuals.
A working smart phone is required due to navigation/app use
($10 is paid out monthly to cover data usage)

Must be able to work weekends
A background check will be conducted
