- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintains a valid State drivers license, excellent driving record, and insurability
- Any related work experience- Drive to designated patient homes or physician offices and hand deliver medications, supplies, and infusion equipment to appropriate recipients
- Obtain signed proof of delivery and return forms to pharmacy as prescribed
- Place prescribed medications and supplies in storage containers in compliance with written instructions, in preparation for delivery; may prepare shipping labels and/or call patients to communicate delivery information
- Perform duties to maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy workplace
- Empty trash containers and transport to outside receptacles; breakdown pallets and boxes for proper disposal
- Monitor and maintain clean work area, equipment, and activities to ensure that conditions are compliant with regulatory, training, and procedural and policy requirements for operation and safety
- Daily cleaning of Ambulatory Infusion Suite which involves sanitizing IV poles, chairs, bins, and other surfaces; cleaning and sanitizing infusion pumps
- Assist pharmacy team members to stock pharmacy supplies
- Provide on-call delivery services for pharmacy
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies
