Job Purpose or Objective(s): Deliver, and distribute product to customers both inside and outside the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. You will represent both us and the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma in a cost-effective manner to increase customer satisfaction. You will report to the Executive Director.
Primary Tasks:
1. Maintain and operate the delivery truck while delivering a variety of product to different locations that may or may not be located within the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
2. Practice safe driving standards during operation of the delivery vehicle and ensure operating maintenance is performed.
3. Pack and unpack, examine, count and sort incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product is up to standard.
4. Ask for feedback on provided services and product provided while providing a resolution to resolve client’s concerns.
5. Prepare deliveries and inspect invoices for accuracy on outgoing shipping.
6. Sort and place deliveries according to standards set by the distribution site.
7. Ensure required logs and reports are filed and turned promptly.
8. Assist with warehouse operations.
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Forklift Certification or must be willing to obtain
Carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling approximately 200 pounds.
Frequently sit for extended periods of time while driving
Frequently bend, stooping, and kneeling.
Excellent driving record
Three years related driving and warehousing experience
