What you will do:
You will operate small trucks, have responsibility for loading and unloading, transporting item containers to and from the Des Plaines location to the Detroit location. You will navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, high traffic roadways and may operate in tight overhead environments while on industrial routes. You must be highly skilled backing maneuvers and bring a history of safe driving and a commitment to customer service with you.

- Transport of meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between the DO & CO Facilities, third-party vendors, and our Detroit location.
- Load/unload truck according to DO & CO and airline regulations, specifications and equipment handling.
- Cater to DO & CO’s client’s airlines and handle airlines equipment expeditiously and safely.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and report any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations and all applicable rules/regulations.

What you'll have:
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Valid Class “C” Driver’s License.
- Must Pass a criminal background check.
- Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise.
- Majority of duties are performed outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
- Must be able to work at heights up to 20-25 feet.
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members, make sure communication is clear and understood by co-workers.
