H&M Trucking is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher is responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of our customer service and dispatch related services. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, texts and other messages from customers, vendors, suppliers and employees
- Manage customer orders and work with our sales team to ensure proper delivery of products
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders, deliveries and other issues that may arise
- Schedule customer pick-ups and deliveries using our scheduling system
- Research, track and resolve customer complaints or issues within the assigned time frame
- Perform data entry into our database as required for each customer order or property
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures including wearing proper attire (e.g. hats, gloves) at all times while working in the office, warehouse or vehicles while transporting materials or goods
- Other duties as assigned by manager

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
