As our Drive-Thru Specialist, you will be "deployed" to a drive-thru position either taking guests' orders at the speaker or taking payment and passing out drinks at the window. It is likely you will also be trained in surrounding areas to help ensure the shift's success when business is slow or short handed. 90-100% of your time with us, you will be on Drive-thru during your scheduled shifts. Further growth is always an emphasized and available opportunity.
Requirements for this role:
- Enjoys serving guests with a smile on your face and in your tone
- Accuracy, Efficiency and Multi-tasking will be highly helpful
- Speed wins the race! Saving 10-15 seconds per order goes a long way!
- Intermediate math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change
- Upholds and follows procedures from leadership
- Outstanding Attendance
- Wants to learn and grow in a positive environment! :)
- Previous Drive-Thru or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ring in orders, process payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized Drive-Thru area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain knowledge of menu and current promotions
Possible shifts for this role: 11-2 / 5-8 / 11-7 / 11-5 / 2-10
-These shifts can increase/decrease 1+ hour if needed
