Drive Thru Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Drive Thru Server to join our team at a restaurant in Yuma, AZ . As a Drive Thru Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, processing food orders accurately, and ensuring a positive Drive Thru experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they approach drive through with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Drive Thru station and dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Drive Thur server/cashier is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Excellent service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.35 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
