Drive Thru Attendant

Pay Type: $11-$15/hr, based on availability

Position Type:

• Part-Time or Full-Time, must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
• Daylight or Evening Shifts
• Must be available to work Fridays or Saturdays

Requirements:

• Must meet minimum shift requirements
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
• Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Customer Service-oriented, Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the CORE 4 model to serve drive-thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected.
• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Operate the iPad system at the drive-thru.
• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer.
• Take orders with speed and accuracy at the drive-thru.
• Learn all FOH positions, including cashier, dining room, headset or order-taking, monitor or bagging, and window.
• Ensure product quality and consistency through regular checks.
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
