Job Title: On-Demand Property Assistant

Job Type: Contract, As-Needed Basis

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to assist with on-demand property showings and inspections for several properties in the area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible gig with part-time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Be available to drive to various properties on short notice, as needed.
• Gain access to properties, potentially requiring key pick-up or combination access. Must have a drill
• Take high-quality photos and videos of the property's interior and exterior.
• Conduct basic property checks for cleanliness and functionality.
• Let in investors

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Familiarity with the area and its neighborhoods (preferred).
• Comfort with using smartphone apps and basic photography skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work on short notice.

Compensation:

Compensation will be provided on a per-assignment basis

Salary: $50 per property.

Pay: $50.00 per day

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
