You will be responsible for

+ Developing process flows and Process Integration schemes for next generation DRAM

+ Utilization of creative problem-solving skills to develop and optimize new process flows which improve performance and reduce the cost of future memory chips.

+ Design experiments and analyze results using statistical analysis software. Results are applied to directly enhance yield.

+ Work cross-functionally with multiple groups including Design, Product Engineering, Process Development, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Electrical and Physical Failure Analysis, Parametric, and Quality teams to identify and resolve issues.

+ Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.

+ Define and achieve sub-milestones for your projects within the larger timelines of the overall program needs.

+ Close collaboration with Manufacturing as new technology is transferred from R&D phase into production.

+ Finding innovative and manufacturable solutions to break through the scaling wall

+ Designing novel devices and new materials that act as building blocks for next generation DRAM

+ Working with teams across Micron in process development, Process Integration, design, architecture and business units on DRAM development

+ Technically mentoring and coaching engineers while driving a culture of excellence

+ Delivering technical presentations to internal and external customers

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

+ MS/PhD in electrical engineering, materials science, or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in DRAM development

+ A proven leader in driving innovative solutions in DRAM technology

+ Have a strong background in DRAM Process Integration, scaling and device physics

+ Expertise in DRAM device physics, circuit design, system architecture, and performance optimization

+ Experience in leading complex projects involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders

+ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment

+ Passion for learning new technologies and solving challenging problems
