- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- PE in Nevada.
- Experience with design software such as GIS (ArcMap), AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, HECHMS, HEC-RAS, HY-8, FHWA Hydraulic Toolbox.
- Ability to learn Civil3D, OpenRoads Designer/SUDA, or other hydrology/hydraulics programs, as needed.
- Interest with hydrology and hydraulics for river systems, 1D and 2D
- Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and capable of working with internal colleagues, clients, contractors, and regulatory agency staff.
