Then you may have found your next career move. We’re looking for a Drafter/Designer to join our team and help connect America. Under the direction of a Drafting Supervisor, our Drafters/Designers are responsible for responding to design/documentation demands and meeting response time and output goals. 

Responsibilities:

What you’ll do…  

• You will assist with the execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term drafting strategy
• You will participate on project teams and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
• You will adhere to administrative guidance on project execution
• You will identify and course correct project issues and risks, participate in response plans to resolve
• You will understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.

Qualifications:

Who we are looking for…  

• You will have training in the field
• You will have good interpersonal skills
• You will have solid experience with the principles and practices of fiber specific projects, network deployments and related fields
• You may have 1 or more years of progressive experience in drafting - You may have proficiency in Auto CAD
• You may have advanced training in the field.

Other Requirements:

• Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.
• Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.
• May be required to work after hours; on weekends or be on-call as work is needed.  
• Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.

Pay Range: The Drafter/Designer pay range is $20.00 to $22.00 / per hour, depending on experience.
