We have three locations with two different product offerings in Downtown Disney that operate under our 50/50 model: 50% of net profits are reinvested back into the company and the other 50% are given away. GIVE Half. GIVE Hope.
Cast Member Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Have availability to work weekdays (9am-5pm or 4:30pm-12am), or weekends
- Can stand on your feet for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast environment with large amounts of guests.
Cast Member Qualities:
- Have a genuine smile with an enthusiastic and high energy personality
- Can communicate clearly in an unapologetically positive manner to all people - customers, fellow Cast Members, and supervisors
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high volume environment no matter what position you are in
- Work with a diverse group of people and appreciate that diversity in the workplace is a strength and an asset
- Have the ability to work in close proximity to others
- Genuine and caring personality
