Douglass Foundation Internship in Museum Studies
The McNay Art Museum, a museum of modern and contemporary art, is offering a ten-month Internship in Curatorial work beginning in the fall of 2023. The goal of the internship is to prepare individuals interested in embarking on a curatorial career by providing significant experience in several areas of specialization, including work with the collection, exhibitions, publications, and programs. We prefer applicants to have a master’s degree in art history, art criticism, museum studies, curatorial practice, or a related field; excellent written and oral communication skills; computer proficiency; and research skills. The salary for this ten-month, full-time internship is $33,000.
