Job description
- Precisely adding butter and layers into dough according to a process, utilizing the Canol laminating Line
- Responsible to layer and cut, deposit accurate amount of dough onto trays to fill dough racks
- Must be vigilant about using exact measurements
- Work to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring the company’s high quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures.
- Work to troubleshoot any issues and involve maintenance to ensure equipment is available for use when needed and properly maintained.
- Ensure daily orders are being filled accurately.
- Be willing to help other departments when in need to help carry out our mission on a daily basis.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.
Experience
Preferred
- Prior baking experience is a plus
- Prior experience in food service or food preparation is preferred
