DOUGH TEAM

• Precisely adding butter and layers into dough according to a process, utilizing the Canol laminating Line
• Responsible to layer and cut, deposit accurate amount of dough onto trays to fill dough racks
• Must be vigilant about using exact measurements

• Work to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring the company’s high quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
• Adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures.
• Work to troubleshoot any issues and involve maintenance to ensure equipment is available for use when needed and properly maintained.
• Ensure daily orders are being filled accurately.
• Be willing to help other departments when in need to help carry out our mission on a daily basis.
• Other related duties as assigned by management.

Experience

Preferred

• Prior baking experience is a plus
• Prior experience in food service or food preparation is preferred
