PAY RANGE FOR DUMPLING PREP: $23.50 - 24.75/hour

JOB PURPOSE:
Dough Preps (Dumpling Preps) are responsible for preparing, assembling, closing and steaming the dumplings for the guest. Dough Preps (Dumpling prep) work from a show kitchen and thus must maintain a clean, groomed and professional appearance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
