THE JOB - Dough Facility Team Member

Our Dough Team Member is responsible for the day to day operations of running our dough facility; ensuring safe food handling, proper use of machinery and executing on daily dough pars and dough quality. Candidates with big batch recipe & warehouse experience are encouraged to apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION

// Execute daily dough operations as instructed by the manager on duty - including mimixing, bagging, traying up, freezing, packing, boxing and palletizing dough.
// Maintain personal hygiene standards, including a clean &pizza uniform.
// Comply with the Department of Health and &pizza food safety standards and practices.
// Perform additional responsibilities (as requested by shop leadership) at any time.
// Enjoy working in a team environment + be willing to take direction.

IN FACILITY REQUIREMENTS

// Able to be on feet for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs at a time.
// Able to use a pallet jack and handle heavy machinery.
// Able to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean production facility.
// Spends 80-90% of shift in the production facility.
// Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
