Dough Making

Mixing, portioning and sheeting dough at ZwanzigZ Pizzeria is a non-customer service, back of house kitchen position that allows the employee to create the foundation (dough) for many of ZwanzigZ menu items.

The morning shift responsibilities include dough tossing and sheeting to get dough on pans in preparation for lunch order pizzas and bread sticks.

In the evenings, responsibilities include additional dough tossing and sheeting to meet the demands of the evening customer orders. Once enough dough is on pans for the evening dinner rush the raw ingredients to make the dough are mixed, weighed, rolled and put into dough trays for proofing in the cooler.

The applicant must be 18 years old or older to operate the dough mixers and dough sheeters. The applicant must also be able to lift a 50-60 pound dough balls repeatedly out of the mixing bowls and onto a cutting and portioning butcher block table. Portioned and weighed dough balls then go into dough trays which also need to be lifted onto a dough tray cart and placed in the walk-in cooler for proofing.

Use of a dish machine is part of the closing shift responsibilities to wash the dough trays and mixing bowls. Also clean up of the mixers and dough room are closing shift responsibilities.

No Experience Necessary but candidates with past experience will be considered first.

Training will be done on-site.

Part time flexible schedule. The Candidate must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday days and evenings.

Dental and Vision Coverage available after 90 days.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
