Doorman/Security - Restaurant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring activities, and implementing loss prevention measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and possess excellent conflict management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Checking ID's from patrons
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of personnel and property
- Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- Provide first aid or emergency assistance as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or a related field
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of integrity and professionalism

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
