Position Overview:
As a Door to Door Canvasser, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting door-to-door outreach within your designated area.
- Initiating conversations with homeowners, and introducing our painting services.
- Efficiently gathering lead information and conveying client needs to our sales team.
- Representing the company with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Developing a foundational understanding of our services to address initial inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and capable of independent work.
- A commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Access to personal transportation for outreach.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $25 compensation for each lead generated.
- A generous $100 bonus for every lead that selects our painting services.
Painting experience is a plus!
