Job Summary
We are seeking a Door and Storefront Installer to join our team! As an installer, you will be traveling to different job sites, inspecting the area, and installing a variety of different Door and glass products including Total Door, NABCO, Hager, Oldcastle and Ambico. You will also be required to handle service calls independently or with additional installer(s). You will be expected to maintain a safe, clean work environment, take accurate measurements of the space, and answer client questions on-site. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites, observe and measure the designated area, and determine the needs of the client
- Accurately and safely install doors and Storefront of many types, with strong attention to detail
- Communicate professionally and effectively with the clients to keep them informed of their projects
- Follow all safety guidelines to foster a safe work environment
Qualifications
- 1-3 years construction/installation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well independently or within a team
- The ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely
- OSHA 30 a plus
- Electrical experience a plus
