This is an EARLY A.M. position. We begin our production at 3 a.m. and 4 a.m.
Assist team of bakers in baking and preparations of donuts, cakes, pastries and other items.
Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
Assist team of bakers in lifting heavy sacks of flour and other baking items.
Assist donut team in operating bakery mixers and production equipment.
Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery.
Develop and create new delicious bakery products.
Develop baked goods, donuts and pastries to meet customers’ orders and tastes.
Ensure total customer satisfaction through baking/frying of delicious bakery products.
Strictly adhere to food safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products.
This is a early a.m. shift. This position requires the ability to multi task. This is a fast paced environment which produces large volumes of product in a timely manner.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
