Job title: Fryer
Reports to: Head Fryer/Baker
Status: Part-time, hours and days may vary to meet the needs of the business.
Generally, Saturday night and Monday night 10:00 pm - 5:00 am.
Job Description: As a Fryer, you will play a vital role in our bakery operations, primarily responsible for operating a commercial mixer, proofing dough, frying cake and yeast donuts, and maintaining cleanliness in the working area. While the majority of your duties will focus on these tasks, you may be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- No prior experience needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.) frequently.
- Capable of lifting 40-60 lbs.
- Comfortable working with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently.
