The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All in Catering make up this dynamic restaurant group. All conveniently located in the Uptown neighborhood on Wealthy Street.

All in Catering operates out of a Ghost Kitchen. We specialize in Commissary Operations, Events, and Banquet Execution.

Requirements/Expectations for position of All In Hospitality Catering:

· Experience in the food service industry or any previous position with a focus on customer service and satisfaction is paramount for the Events/Banquet/Catering positions. Knowledge of proper service etiquette and state and federal liquor laws is important to ensure alcohol is not served to minors or intoxicated people.

• Maintain composure and efficiency in busy, stressful environments
• Be a team player with all staff of All In and outside vendors
• Become knowledgeable about all food safety and cleanliness standards
• Become a “menu expert” to educate guests when asked questions
• Have a welcoming, positive, and upbeat attitude
• Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
• Schedule is a variety of days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable transportation required
• Assist with set up and tear down of all off site events
• Assist with packaging, loading, offloading of all catering items
• Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down
• Basic food preparation
• Previous banquet server/bartending/set up a plus but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
