As a Domestic Operation Coordinator, you will be facilitating the shipments of international cargo via air and/or ocean. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of domestic shipments within the United States. They are looking for someone with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and a good understanding of logistics software and technology.

Domestic Operations Coordinator Job Duties:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of domestic shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Support with quote requests and work with carriers to provide fast, competitive pricing.
Domestic Operations Coordinator Requirements:
- Above average computer skills and MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with logistics software and technology such as Cargo Wise.
Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
