Job Title: Domestic Finite Scheduler
Job Purpose: The Domestic Finite Scheduler, is responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and scheduling production to ensure timely deliveries and proper inventory levels. The incumbent will communicate with all manufacturing areas to facilitate efficient production while establishing priorities and giving direction to supervisors and area managers.

Location: Hybrid-On-site at the corporate headquarters in Monticello, IN and from an at-home office

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create weekly production schedule for assigned production lines based on customer demand and production capacity that maximizes production efficiency while minimizing raw material, work-in-process (WIP) inventory, changeover costs, etc.
- Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments.
- Maintains finite production schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, investigating discrepancies where needed.
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner to meet trucking schedules for deliveries to customers.
- Participates in planning and establishing overall production objectives based on customer demand and sales forecasts. Leads weekly meetings to review planned schedule.
- Coordinates with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other key internal stakeholders to exchange / provide information and ideas to develop scheduling plans that maximize efficiency and productivity to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate with organization about any potential late and/or shortages that may impact customer expectations.
- All other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
· 2+ years of experience in production planning role
· ERP Experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Knowledge of bills of material required.
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel user
- Strong analytical abilities
- Good communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills and phone skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint are required.
- Multi tasked individual that is assertive, fair minded, understanding, and sensible.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work closely with a diverse group.
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams across the organization.
Working Conditions
Environment
· On-site in an office setting at the corporate headquarters and remotely at an at-home office

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
