This person should love dogs , be outgoing, organized, comfortable with multi-tasking and be a Sales & Marketing minded individual. As the Sales & Marketing Manager you are responsible for participating and upholding all front of house initiatives to the highest of standards.
- Hourly Rate: $15.00 to 18.00 based on experience

- Cross training to support in playroom Canine coach breaks

Day to Day Duties
- Managing the check-in and check-out process
- Consistent pet parent engagement and communication In lobby to prevent cold awkward silence
- Monitoring phones, emails and voicemails
- Creating and executing in-store activity calendar, Social Media Initiatives
- Setting up and participating with outside marketing events
- Creating Pet Parent Charts, data entry, scheduling spa services , maintaining vaccine records
- Perform the Meet & Greet evaluation process with the pet parent
- Educate pet parents on the benefits of Dogtopia and daycare
- Must be able to make the sale
- Must be comfortable with upselling packages based on the pups needs
- Must be comfortable upselling lunch time treats and foundation charity treats
- Keeping front of house clean and presentable at all times
- Monitoring playroom cameras to assist the canine coaches as the eye In the sky
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
