Dog Playgroup Leader

Playful Pooch is a dog daycare and boarding facility located at 624 Route 228, Mars PA 16046. We are looking for a part-time Dog Playgroup Leader. We can accommodate all types of schedules including second jobs, college schedules, high school and cyber school schedules. This position is supervising a group of 15- 20 dogs. There is cleaning involved. We are looking for a reliable person with a positive attitude who likes to have fun with dogs!

Job details include:

Keeping all pooches happy and playful

Monitoring dog interactions

Maintaining clean play areas

Communicating with managers about any issues

Must have the stamina to stand and walk for six to eight hours at a time

* We are not looking for seasonal help

* Must be 16 or older to apply

Hours Available:

M-F 6:15am- 1:00pm & 1:00pm- 7:30pm

Sat 6:45am- 1:00pm & 1:00pm- 7:30pm

Sun 6:45am- 11:00am & 3:00pm- 7:30pm

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $13.00/hour.

About PLAYFUL POOCH: Playful Pooch is a fun place for your dog to play during the day while you're busy or to stay while you're away! We currently offer daycare, boarding, and grooming. Our facility has indoor/outdoor play areas for dogs to do what they like best; whether they enjoy lounging around, playing with friends, or chasing balls. Playful Pooch's large indoor rooms each have access to the outside. Our facility also offers additional large outdoor areas for play. Every dog, whether staying the day or boarding, will spend their day romping around with their human and canine friends. By the end of the day they will be tired and happy.
