We are a family owned Pet Bathing and Grooming facility that aims to modernize pet care. We have a clean, modern and thoughtfully designed facility in an upscale shopping center located in the heart of Edmond. We offer Self Wash, Deluxe Bathing and Full Grooming services.

We are dedicated to providing a positive work environment for our employees and have spent considerable resources designing a space that minimizes noise and distractions, has great traffic flow and a clean, modern aesthetic. We also provide a break room for staff, modern lifting tubs and grooming tables to minimize stress on our employees. Our goal is to marry the positive elements from large corporate-owned facilities with the positive elements from small mom and pop facilities in a way that benefits our staff and our customers.

We believe in giving our staff the tools they need to excel. We have a dedicated reception staff that handles phone calls, scheduling and most client interactions, so you can focus on grooming.

Duties

- Perform grooming services on a variey of dog sizes and breeds
- Bathe, brush, and trim pets' fur according to client specifications
- Clean and maintain grooming tools and equipment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about grooming services
- Maintain accurate records of pet grooming appointments and client preferences

- Send photo updates of dogs through the bathing and grooming process

Skills

- Proficient in pet grooming techniques for different breeds and coat types
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Knowledge of basic veterinary care and ability to identify common health issues in pets
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing

As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to our clients' beloved pets. You will use your expertise in pet grooming techniques to ensure that each pet receives the highest level of care and attention. In addition to grooming duties, you will also interact with pet owners, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for working with animals, strong animal handling skills, a positive growth mindset and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
