As a Total Care Partner (Dog Groomer), you will be the face of Groom Club and subject matter expert for our members - dogs and their parents. Following a comprehensive paid training program, you will provide our wellness-focused grooming services at our members' doorsteps, utilizing a brand new Mercedes Benz Sprinter van outfitted with state-of-the-art grooming tools and equipment. Your key responsibilities will involve offering an exceptional member experience, addressing the needs of dog parents, and ensuring the health and well-being of each member through our grooming and preventative care services, including our 7-step nose-to-tail wellness check.
You will play a key role in Groom Club's success and expansion in Nashville and beyond, and you will have ample opportunity for growth and development within the company.

What skills would make you succeed in this role?
- Grooming Ability: Demonstrated experience in dog grooming for all breeds, especially the all-over or “puppy cut”.
- Veterinary Experience: Not required, but a plus.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey grooming and wellness concepts clearly to pet parents, enhancing their understanding and engagement.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Skill in conducting thorough assessments of each dog's health and grooming needs, with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Team Collaboration and Support: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to the collective goals and culture of Groom Club.
- Adaptability and Learning: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes, grooming techniques, and wellness practices in line with Groom Club's standards and innovations.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of dog grooming experience with all breeds and coat types.
- Profound love for dogs, coupled with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability or willingness to learn to drive a Mercedes Benz Sprinter.
- Valid driver's license in good standing with clean driving record.
- Good vision and hearing, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks such as standing, sitting, bending, and kneeling.
- Comfortable with exposure to dogs, pet-related substances, and cleaning solutions.
- We are a non-smoking/vaping company.
